Notary services in Saint Lucia
Many documents must be notarised before they can be used abroad or before an apostille can be issued. We coordinate the notarisation of your documents with a notary public and combine it with translation and legalisation where necessary.
What we can arrange
Notarisation of signatures, notarised translations, affidavits and statutory declarations, certified true copies, powers of attorney, consent letters for travelling minors and declarations for foreign authorities.
Documents for use abroad
A notarised document is often only the first step. If it will be used in another country, we add the apostille or embassy legalisation and, if needed, a certified translation.
Bilingual documents
Need a power of attorney or declaration in two languages? We prepare bilingual layouts (for example English/French or English/Spanish) so the document can be understood and accepted in both countries.
What's included
- Preparation and review of the document
- Appointment coordination with a notary public
- Notarised translations
- Apostille / legalisation follow-up
- Bilingual document drafting
Frequently asked questions
